Mobile home parks and recreational vehicle parks are inspected annually to ensure facilities are maintained, sanitary and safe. Follow-up inspections are conducted as needed.
Fees for mobile home and RV parks depend on size.
2-10 spaces: $125
11-50 spaces: $225
51-100 spaces: $235
101-200 spaces: $245
201 or more spaces: $255
Permits to construct or alter a mobile home or RV park is $60.
